I arrived in Jordan and went to the sixt rental booth to pick up my car. Approaching the desk I immediately noticed a large commotion from a group of about 10 people. Upon entering the group, it became evident that they had overbooked their inventory and were beginning to make people wait upwards of 6 hours for a car. When it was finally my turn in line, I politely told the sales manager my booking reference number for the car. He spends about 20 seconds looking it up on the computer before turning towards me telling me ‘my booking had been cancelled’. After my expected reaction of how?, what?, when?, why?, the sales manager broke eye contact with me and looking at his feet in shame muttered that ‘their office no longer accepts booking from agencies.’ Ok guy, you don’t accept bookings from agencies? You don’t honor kayak bookings? Really? So you cancelled my 2 week prior reservation without any sort of communication and there isn’t anything you can do for me because you over booked your fleet and there are not enough cars to meet resercarions. Dear sixt, Next time you lie to my face. Please look me in the eyes.Thrifty

Overall car was in adequate condition. Everything worked perfectly well except efficiency of brakes. Media system had a USB socket to connect smartphone, which was great to listening to music.Cons:
Poor brakes. Lots of scratches on car creates additional dispute problems later. Petrol tank was not full and but half full so was difficult to return car with same fuel level.Europcar

When I first arrived to their airport office, they told me that they haven't received my booking and that they are in short of cars and they don't have any cars to provide , I kept arguing showing they the confirmation email received from kayak , but they kept saying they haven't received any. after long discussion , it turned out to me that someone in their head office didnt copy the booking request from the portal to their system and therefore they don't see my booking info. eventually they gave me an old car with many body scratch and they told me that is the only care they can provide , take it or leave it ! it took me over 60 minutes to receive a bad car !2.8 Poor

the car was good as expected, the sales person was nice, But calling the office or the customer service over the phone is terrible! they dont pick up the phones if they gave you a correct number! they charge me 75 Eur an hour after i delivered the car even though they told me that everything is oky with the car and i dont have to pay any extra, and when i try to contact them nobody pick up the phone!!! this is really un professional! Not recommended at all.Cons:
