We did not get the car we asked for--the alternative was too small for our needs. And, I felt ripped off by all the extra fees, etc. Based on the "advertised" Kayak price, we should have paid much less buying making an advance deposit. The fees drove up the total significantly. Net, most likely will not use a third party again for car rental.10.0 Wonderful

They didn’t have the type of car we reserved (suv) and gave us a 4 door chevy. It fit us fine but wasn’t the size we’d reserved. Also, the car had a big dent and scratch along the back side which looked a little crappy driving it around Palm Springs.8.0 Very Good

Cons:
Counter agent in Palm Springs could have honored the original terms in the reservation from the beginning. The first contract he generated had the price at almost $900, the reservation price was about $398.00. It was corrected when I pointed it out to the guy.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Nothing. Your information was inaccurate. Was not able to take the car promised to me for not having a major credit care. Then was charged 10 dollars for penalty fee. Incredibly disappointed in customer service and buisness practices. I will never use your services again.Cons:

Pros:
The employees were terrific, especially Keith and Jason. However, the first vehicle we received was so smoke tainted that my wife could not handle it. After a few fits and starts we did receive an upgraded vehicle to replace it, a Kia Optima. However, the Optima apparently has a quirk as the passenger front seat is so low to the ground and not adjustable the passengers are not comfortable.Cons:

Pros:
We rented the car for 6 weeks! Never did that before but it worked. We struck it lucky and happened to get a brand-new car (7 miles on the odometer when we got it!) and that was a treat. No surprises on the price.Cons:
It took a long long time to sign up and to return the car, because we rented it for so long, 6 weeks. Both times the agent had to turn us over to a specialist agent, and I don't find that surprising, but both times the first agent struggled with the problem for a very long time before turning us over. Also had to move our 6 weeks' worth of luggage from first to second agent, far away in one case. The reason we had to deal with an agent on our return was that we switched credit cards -- that ought to be quick and easy, surely?10.0 Wonderful
