The address is misleading as the office located on Airport Drive but the office is about half a mile or so from the actual airport, and there is no shuttle. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but might be for some. Once I arrived the staff was friendly, efficient, and courteous. The prices were good.

Outstanding customer service! Maria was super nice, personable and professional. I was visiting from out of town. At drop off I asked about an Uber cost and she gracefully offered to arrange a ride back to my rental 5 miles away. Brook drove me back. She was too was very sweet and a pleasure to talk with on the ride. Best experience with a rental Company.

The time to pick up defaults to noon which is when they close. I would have gone I. Earlier had I know but that was the time it said I was supposed to pick up my car. Luckily I got there at 1157 but I saw multiple people get turned down for cars they already reserved at 1202 because they were “closed” at noon. The employee and manager who were there could have easily waited the ten minutes it takes to get a car but decided to leave their customers agendas without renting the car they had already reserved

Wonderful and helpful team of employees. The venue was clean and we were offered cold water after stepping in from the heat of Papm Springs! The vehicle was clean and we had no issues for our 5 day stay.

Poor follow through on 2nd month and 3rd month of rental. Kept having to fix Budget errors in not renewing my lease until spending an hour waiting and then speaking on the phone to clear up Budget mistakes. Also overcharged by $100 on overall fee.

The vehicle was not washed and was not cleaned on the interior.

There was a very long line at the counter and I had to wait for 35 minutes for the vehicle to be ready. This was frustrating to all involved. The employees were very kind and patient and were working as fast as they could.

When I arrived just after 11pm to get my car, no one was manning the Avis/Budget desk at the Palm Springs airport. This despite their open hours being until midnight. I had to rideshare to my destination and return to the airport the next day to get my rental car. It took 90 minutes of waiting in line and at the desk for them to get me a car. They said they had run out of cars the night before. There was no communication about this nor was there any signage at the desk. A rep from another rental company told a couple of other parties and me that they had all gone home.

The pick up desk at PSP is a disaster, so many people wanting cars and too few employees helping them. Very aggravated customers in the very long lineup to pick up vehicles. Express drop off, on the other hand, worked very well.

Got to the desk and was shocked to see a line of people that probably would have taken over an hour to get a car. So went to the preferred desk when there was a budget and avis guy with nothing to do. I couldn't remember my number, but the guy looked it up. However, he gave me a Ford 150 truck -- a bit much. Soi, mixed bag, but appreciated the help

terrible experience. Airport staff said car was off site, didn't know that. Went next day together car and car rental facility was closed, no on showed. It was a HUGE hassle and will never use again!

Pros:

Nothing. Your information was inaccurate. Was not able to take the car promised to me for not having a major credit care. Then was charged 10 dollars for penalty fee. Incredibly disappointed in customer service and buisness practices. I will never use your services again.

Not charging me 10 dollars on a promise of a vehicle you couldnt provide me with.

Pros:

The employees were terrific, especially Keith and Jason. However, the first vehicle we received was so smoke tainted that my wife could not handle it. After a few fits and starts we did receive an upgraded vehicle to replace it, a Kia Optima. However, the Optima apparently has a quirk as the passenger front seat is so low to the ground and not adjustable the passengers are not comfortable.

See above. Also, given the increased rates as compared to the last couple years it seems like the vehicle should be newer than a 2015.

Pros:

We rented the car for 6 weeks! Never did that before but it worked. We struck it lucky and happened to get a brand-new car (7 miles on the odometer when we got it!) and that was a treat. No surprises on the price.

Cons:

It took a long long time to sign up and to return the car, because we rented it for so long, 6 weeks. Both times the agent had to turn us over to a specialist agent, and I don't find that surprising, but both times the first agent struggled with the problem for a very long time before turning us over. Also had to move our 6 weeks' worth of luggage from first to second agent, far away in one case. The reason we had to deal with an agent on our return was that we switched credit cards -- that ought to be quick and easy, surely?
