NO. I found out two days before my rental began that the location will be closed until December. I did't received an email or courtesy call prior to 130 mile trip to Savannah.2.0 Poor

Nothing. The place was temporarily closed. Even though I was sent a reminder email the day before.. Called Priceline to inform them and was told they apologize that their system was not updated. The only thing they could offer me was to cancel without penalty. I was set to travel out of town. Will never use againCons:

The staff at the White Bluff Savannah location is AMAZING!!! None of my review marks have anything to do with them. In fact I would tell everyone to go to them if they need a rental in Low Country because they are fantastic!!!Cons:
Fist off, I booked for an airport pick up and drop off, what I got was a 50 dollar taxi ride 30 minutes away. Second, my information was never passed onto the rental location. They had no way of getting a hold of me. Complete garbage. So naturally, there were no vehicles available, even though I booked a solid month out.8.0 Very Good

The Avis representative in Savannah was extremely rude. We came early to inquire if we could move our reservation up 2 hours. She responded with "You can't come early and expect us to just have a car ready. We don't have any cars coming in until 12:00 or 12:30 so you will not be able to get a car until I clean it which will be about 1:00." I let her know our reservation was for 12:00 and she said she could not guarantee a car for us at that time. She said she had one car available and it was an upgrade (Ford Expedition) and we could take it for $30 a day extra right now or wait until 1:00 (our reservation was for 12:00) and get our original medium sized car. I can't even explain how rude she was.5.2 Fair

The rep at the agent where I rented was very friendly and professional. The customer service rep, Celia, I spoke to was excellent and stepped up when no other agent we spoke to did. The tow agent I spoke to was friendly, courteous and apologetic, again something most of the customer service reps I spoke to were not.Cons:
The car was horrible! It was dented and scratched all over the place and smelled when we picked up. The biggest issue was that as soon as we hit 30 or 40 it sounded like we were in the middle of a tornado. We reported this to the agent immediately after renting and were told we could return and pick up a compact instead of a full size. UNACCEPTABLE. Spoke to many customer service reps and agents to see if we could trade in and received zero help. Talked to roadside assistance to see if we could swap and were told we would have to pay for tow. Really?? Had to drive in that piece of junk for 12+ hours between the multiple stops we were going.2.0 Poor
