NO. I found out two days before my rental began that the location will be closed until December. I did't received an email or courtesy call prior to 130 mile trip to Savannah.2.0 Poor

Nothing. The place was temporarily closed. Even though I was sent a reminder email the day before.. Called Priceline to inform them and was told they apologize that their system was not updated. The only thing they could offer me was to cancel without penalty. I was set to travel out of town. Will never use againCons:

Pros:
The lady who helped us finally get a car was excellent. The company and their policies were bad and highly unprofessional. We reserved a car, but when we arrived, they switched the pick-up from the airport to an office downtown so I had to pay for a taxi. Secondly, there was no car waiting for me. I had to wait for another person to return one. We were told that a reservation and confirmation only guarantee a price, but not a car! This is beyond my comprehension that a company could lie to this level.Cons:

There was no car available for us at our location/ reservation time....we had to postpone everything by over 24 hours after calling around the area and waiting for something else to open up. We ended up canceling this reservation. I’d love to know how I can be accommodated for this major inconvenience to our travel.National
