I set a reservation and they called me as I was deplaning to tell me they didn’t have any cars and apologized that they couldn’t honor my reservation, so I had to go to Hertz and pay an exorbitant price for a 2 day rental.

The staff at the White Bluff Savannah location is AMAZING!!! None of my review marks have anything to do with them. In fact I would tell everyone to go to them if they need a rental in Low Country because they are fantastic!!!

Cons:

Fist off, I booked for an airport pick up and drop off, what I got was a 50 dollar taxi ride 30 minutes away. Second, my information was never passed onto the rental location. They had no way of getting a hold of me. Complete garbage. So naturally, there were no vehicles available, even though I booked a solid month out.

Pick-up truck

Had no vehicle (pickup truck) on hand when I arrived and merely wanted to blame "corporate". Refused to upgrade me to a box truck, and told me to find a pickup rental elsewhere. Next;, when unexpectedly someone else was returning a pickup truck he raised the cost of collision damage waiver from $18 thru my reservation thru Kayak to $30 at his counter. Will never do business with them again

I was called in Thursday and told there were no cars because they had “overbooked.” I had to pay a taxi to take me to Charleston. Horrible way to do business.
