There were no cars when I arrived, in spite of having reserved and paid for one. It took over twenty minutes of complaining to finally get a car. They said they were "backed up," which is not really my problem since I'd reserved a car which should have still been here. When I got it, the car was great, but they still charged me an extra $70+.Reviewed 1 Oct 2026

Car had a spare on it. Something terribly wrong with transmission. Car would lurch/ start shaking so bad that I felt like I’d lose control of the vehicle.Reviewed 19 Mar 2024

This location is a train wreck. Terrible customer service. The Avis agent was watching a football game on his phone, paying more attention to that rather than getting our rental app verified. NEVER AGAIN WITH AVIS AND LIKELY NOT EVEN KAYAK.Reviewed 11 Oct 2022
