The car itself was fine, when we got in to get our car it was 1am. The customer service took an hour to just get our car with only 3 people in line. There were 3 to 4 employees and only one was at a desk taking people. It was super frustrating as no one seemed eager to move things along. Was given a clean Toyota Camry hybrid upgrade. However, the cruise control wasn’t working, and I had to travel a couple hundred miles each way between each of my destinations. Fortunately the gas pedal fit a notch between my shoe and part of the carpet. Otherwise great car.Reviewed 22 May 2026
