I called ahead to see if I could get a partial refund if I brought it back a day early. They were unable to tell me whether or not they could. I took a chance and brought it back early and the desk person was able to give me a refund. Otherwise, I would have just kept it for the extra day. This is something that needs to be spelled out clearly for all renters as it would have saved me some frustration. However, I was thankful that I got a credit, and the desk personnel both at pick up and drop off were professional and friendly and the car itself was very satisfactory.Reviewed 21 Sept 2026

The BEST was the turn-in experience with Jackson and Israel. They're truly customer-oriented and want to help people get on their way after turning in their cars - OUTSTANDING customer service! Not so great was that, when the vehicle sat in the sun/warmed up, there was a body odor smell in the upholstery. It was okay early mornings from the garage but always came out when parked in a carpark or driving in the sun. Needs shampooing or something.Reviewed 19 Sept 2026

We had to wait a long time at pickup and then were told that they had only a pickup truck or van, we had requested a smaller car and confirmed it in line before we went. We also filled out all the forms online Ann bc still were asked those questions. The lights on the car were finicky and the police pulled us over for rear lights being out . Avis/Budget counter had a very long line and once we got the counter, we were told we would have to wait until a sedan came in -- they offered us a SUV or truck but we declned as we had reserved a sedan.
