Pros:Great guys at stationCons:Your staff needs to know if the car they are renting me has a CD player or not. Several times I've been told the car has on e, and it does not. Basically, creates a hassle and wasted time sink to switch out for another rental car that has one. ThxReviewed 13 Aug. 2017

Pros:No thingCons:We change our reservation to frankfurt and it was so bad location for drop off the car. It was in central station in crowded area and parking was so far from their office. the park man couldn't speak English!!Reviewed 9 Jun. 2016
