Perfect rentalPros:I loved everything about our rental except that the previous renter may have been a smoker that the interior smelled of cigarettes. When I vacuumed the car before returning, I even found a marlboro. Other than that, the car ran perfectly for our trip to Tahoe and saved so much gas that we didn't have to pump once except to refill for the return to Avis. There were absolutely no problems and would rent from here again.Cons:The cigarette smell of the interior.Reviewed 21 Feb 2017

No carCons:The agent called to tell me they wouldn't have the mini van we reserved online. She told me she hadn't seen a van in 3 weeks and there was another reservation that would trump mine. I had to make a reservation with another company that cost me $100 more. Then Avis called the next day to say that they did have a van, but it wouldn't be there in time for my reservation. I don't understand why there seems to be no communication between the website and the actual company, or why there is no communication between the employees at Avis. I'm very unhappy that I had to pay so much more money because the reservation was not honored.Reviewed 10 Mar 2016
