Terrible, they never informed me that the rental was through a partner with SK so you had no idea where to go and find the rental or which of the 20 buses to take to the off site lot. They allowed me to rent a 12 pack van on the site without mentioning I would need a class D international drivers license so they would only let us rent a 7 seat van. They also would not accept a digital license even though it was valid and I had lost my ID a week earlier. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and if I didn’t have a Korean speaker with me and someone with a Korean drivers license I would have just been SOL.Reviewed 11 Mar 2024

Impossible to find the Avis desk at Jeju airport. People in the terminal sent me to the rent-a-car center. People at the center said they’d never heard of Avis. Nice couple on the sidewalk outside arrivals helped me catch a taxi. Ended up doing just fine with public transportation thereafter.Reviewed 13 Oct 2022
