They didn’t give me a carReviewed 26 Aug 2026

The rental spot closes at 4:30, which wasn’t mentioned in any of the reservation materials I got from Kayak or the sub-rental company. With our flight delay, it meant we arrived after it closed. This upended our whole trip, and at such a small airport there were no other open rentals.Reviewed 3 Aug 2026

They wouldn’t let me get it cause I had a debit card even though I rented from them just a few days before…I was leaving that day and then had to scramble to find another car. I had a friend with me who could have rented the car but they said they didn’t have any…but what about the car I was suppose to rent…they refused to put it in her name…will never go through them againReviewed 20 Aug 2024
