The people and the process were totally fine and I would say as good as expected. The problem I experienced was the extreme odor in the vehicle, it smelled like cigars and the second issue is receiving a vehicle with less than a full tank of gas and then being expected to return it with the same amount of gas is nearly impossible, so you run the risk of either paying more for fuel than you should have or returning it with less fuel than they determined. You should have and be penalized for it. In my opinion, they should always be completely full of fuel before you drive off simple enough.Reviewed 21 Aug 2026
