It when smooth very friendly they help me when I miss the one o’clock ferry by leaving me the keys of my rental in and access lockbox hanging on the window of the car with a code to get in we use them again when I make another trip to Vieques they were excellent serviceReviewed 24 Apr 2024

The car was dirty outside, had no washer fluid and the fuel tank was not completely full on pick up, however it was the vehicle ordered (whereas on 2 previous car rentals the chosen vehicle was not available - not through Avis).Reviewed 23 Apr 2024

Terrible vehicle. The exact opposite of the 'economy' class that we reserved. Got 26mpg. We are used to 54mpg. Rolling catastrophe. Dirty inside and out. Smelled bad. Worse design. Should be junked.Reviewed 23 Apr 2024

The eToll reader was $129 for unlimited tolls. I had to use the tunnel on my way to return the car so we will see how much they charge me for a $4.00 toll.Reviewed 23 Apr 2024

Great location, quick service at pickup and drop off. BEWARE when picking up your car @ Avis - my car, though new, had a lot of scratches- upon dropping off the Stuart tried to charge me for one which was not ticked off (and was disappointed when he learned I had the full insurance and videotaped the car when picked up)Reviewed 23 Apr 2024

I paid you for full coverage insurance. The Brazilian Avis said if in case of any collision, no matter at fault or not, they would charge me for the repair and I will have to apply for reimbursement with you. At the pick up, in the parking lot, we had to search to find the person in charge to give the car. And he was not ready completely. At return, around 11am, there was nobody in the parking lot, neither at the counter desk. We left the keys in the box as it was a night return.Reviewed 19 Apr 2024
