Avis/Budget counter had a very long line and once we got the counter, we were told we would have to wait until a sedan came in -- they offered us a SUV or truck but we declned as we had reserved a sedan. The car was fine and the price was good but the wait in line and for the car was at least an hour.Reviewed 16 Sept 2026

The pickup was good. The office was full of customers and the clerk was doing his best to take care of all the pickups and drop off customers as fast and complete as he could. A busy place always says good things about a company. The car was clean and very nice. It made a very comfortable trip. The drop off at the airport was extremely quick with the attendant treating me as soon as I got out of the car. A quick check and he said thank you and showed me the way to the airport check in. It was one of the nicest and easiest car rentals I have had at a very reasonable rate.Reviewed 11 Sept 2026

Completely unacceptable. They would not allow me to rent based on being a spokane resident. I still have not received my refund for the insurance I purchased for the rental either.Reviewed 6 Mar 2025
