I went with Hertz because I thought a big company like that would not have hide the fees and I would pay what I was quoted. After waiting over an hour to pick up my vehicle and denying all other extras and fees, my $100 rental car somehow turned into $180 rental car. After returning the vehicle, checkout took another 45 minutes and they kept trying to tack on additional charges the whole time. I would stay away from renting with them.
