Pros: I do not like luxury for luxury's sake, but this place is worth the money. With young children, the convenience of ski in, ski out and the ski valet was worth every penny. Bring your swim suits for the 4 hot tubs and heated pool. We usually stay in a Beaver Creek home, but this is soooo much more convenient that I can't imagine staying anywhere else...at least while my kids are young. The hotel lobby is very well designed and picture perfect for a ski resort. Best ski trip ever!!!
Really appreciated the wonderful valet staff

Pros: Staff (valet, front desk, bell crew) was terrific. Rooms were well appointed. Grounds were gorgeous. Dog friendly is a huge plus. Price was right!
Cons: 8100 Bar and Grill was terribly disappointing. Way over priced for the quality of fare. Staff had little to no support and as a result service was non existent. A horrible dining experience.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is gorgeous as is the building. The rooms are very comfortable, as are the beds.
Cons: The pervasive theme of the weekend was that requests weren't filled and some (not all) of the staff. Didn't care. Allison at the front desk was amazing, however.

Pros: The staff was exceptional. Down to earth and friendly.
Cons:

Really appreciated the wonderful valet staff
Cons: - The hotel food was not my favorite.
- The laundry room needs a money machine and had only regular detergent for purchase though machines are HE. Bring your own HE detergent and exchange quarters at check-in or bring them. $2.50 per wash $25 per dry.
- the front desk staff could use more training.
- I called to get a comforter at 7pm for the pull-out and no hotel extension would answer. Finally, after 15 minutes of trying, the front desk picked up. Usually there is someone to answer the phone, even at non-5 star hotels. Right? : 0
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had stayed there many years ago. I thought it was a very good spot from which to explore Beaver Creek.
Cons: Not really. I had a long walk to my room, but then it was very quiet as I like it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here at the Park Hyatt. The location is excellent in the Beaver Creek Village and easy access to great hiking and mountain biking.
Cons: My only gripe is how expensive food and beverage is here at the property. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but it's also $28/person which is steep. Cocktails at the bar are also $14-20 so be ready for that.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just at steps from the mointain
Cons: Room cleaning
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The view was stunning! Staff very friendly and helpful! Grounds were stunning, lots of activities to do
Cons: Rooms could have been a little nicer but overall was amazing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing.
Cons: Room was very average. Shower and bath not above a 3 star.
7.4 Good
Pros: Staff was great and that people that worked there went out of their way to be helpful and were very friendly. Location was beautiful and the resort is a picturesque escape from the city.
Cons: Visited just before ski season. Hotel was dead. Hotel's main restaurant was closed for renovation, couldn't even get a cocktail in hotel lobby. Hotel had the nerve to charge a resort fee when you can't even get food other than from their small coffee shop.
8.2 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Daily parking fee is outrageous

Pros: Loved the proximity to all the events! Cozy rooms and very friendly staff!
Cons: We ate at the restaurant Fireside Grill for breakfast and lunch - pancakes were great! The caesar salad however was less than stellar. The dressing had a very fishy taste - not good. Jacuzzi didn’t have water until the day we were leaving so that was a little disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and comfortable with lots of upscale touches. Fantastic location with a lovely pool and hot tub.
Cons: This is nitpicking.... Their parking situation is such that the valet it your only option. I didn’t mind so much because it was free, but I personally like to park my own car.

Pros: So close to the chair lift. The ski Valet. The easy of walking everywhere in town
Cons: The bathroom area. While you had a private toilet area, the main sink area did not have a door on it to close off. So if someone got up to dress or get a drink, and turned on the lights, the sleeping area was affected

Pros: Location is excellent Staff superb
Cons: Mattress and pillows need renewing. They were soft and lumpy. HeTer in one bedroom did not work well.

Cons: The room was hot for this southern family use to AC during our winter ski trip. Opening the balcony doors helped. Ski in ski out was great but they were a little icy so not for new skiers.

Pros: The buffet was OK, fruit selection good but hot food was picked over and we got there at 8:045am on Saturday morning, right before the rush of people at 9:00am. When the rush did occur the wait staff was unable to attend the crowd. We had to get up from our table and ask for a coffee refill. it seemed the priority was to the tables with larger parties with kids so we felt like were on our own.

We had to get up from our table and ask for a coffee refill. it seemed the priority was to the tables with larger parties with kids so we felt like were on our own.
Cons: The check in. We got to the hotel early, at 12:30pm so we asked for an early check in and they said they would call us when room was ready, which is fair, but our room was not ready until after 4:00pm. It would have been customer friendly if the front desk communicated with housekeeping to clean a room for us so we could have at the minimum check in at 3:30pm. We also felt rushed to check out, as we were reminded at check in, and that evening that check out is at 10:00am! I understand all hotel policies are different, but it seemed quite expensive for such a short stay and to feel pushed out before one even has time to settle was not kind. We had just stayed at the Broadmoor the weekend before, so i am comparing atmosphere and cost which was about the same, but the Broadmoor rooms, customer service and value was exceedingly better than the Charter at Beaver Creek.
7.5 Good

Pros: Super location and transport to the town center was great especially in all our ski gear. The restaurant and spa were very good.
