I already explained this - I booked the rental car with a flight to DTW, and instead they gave me a car at the downtown detroit location. They said I could actually rent from the airport location if I would simply pay double the amount that was quoted. I ended up walking to another rental company.4.4 Mediocre

Pros:
staff was courteousCons:
I rented the car and selected "DTW" as the location. When I arrived they said I had actually booked the car at the downtown location. They said that they could give me the same car but for double the price. Since I had a one-year-old with me (and the rest of the family) I couldn't take an Uber, so I ended up walking to another car rental company and renting for them. The overall cost was ~$200 higher, though cheaper than what Enterprise offered. It should be made much clearer to people that when they book a flight to Detroit, the rental car should be at the airport location only. One location in Boston-Edison Historic District

Cons:
I made a reservation a week in advance, but the car wasn't there when I showed up because someone else extended their rental, and they had no other sedans at all! Had to go with a different company and pay more.5.6 Fair

Pros:
Staff was great, helpfulCons:
I was surprised to find no rental counter at Windsor station, just a video kiosk marked Discount (not even Eurocar). After calling, it took 20 minutes for an agent to arrive to pick us up and drive us another 20 minutes to the rental counter, where we took another 20 minutes to finally get the car and be on our way. That was nowhere advertised or stated, so it came as a surprise. As a minimum, I would suggest their confirmation email ask us to call 15 minutes before arriving so the shuttle can be there. Or they could monitor the train arrival times and just be there when our train arrives. Then you need to drop the car to the rental office over an hour before the train. Something to keep in mind.6.0 Okay

Pros:
Friendly staff willing to help and provide the best that organization has to offer.Cons:
Poorly maintained fleet of cars by the associates of Europcar Car Rentals i.e. Discount Car & Truck Rentals. Inability to appreciate the time of customer. Misleading the customer of the location of rental facility.2.0 Poor

Cons:
There is no car rental booth at this location. Only a little metal kiosk that connects you by phone to Discount. There is only a train station. It's not Europcar but Discount Auto carrying on business as Europcar. No Europcar signs. When you call the number on the reservation Discount operator answers the phone. She had no idea what to do or what was going on. Shame on you for allowing this to happen. I ended up borrowing a car from a friend. Otherwise I would have been stuckOne location in Boston-Edison Historic District
