Cons:
I was told this van would have no issues driving into Canada. When I picked it up, they told me I would be turned around at the border because it wasn't recognied as a "true vehicle". I called twice over the past month to confirm this would work and both times they said yes. Ended getting a different van from a different company with no issues.8.0 Very Good

Pros:
The rental car itself was ok.Cons:
Kayak booked my reservation 30 minutes away from the airport. When this was determined by the staff at Hertz Detroit airport, they were unwilling to help arrive at a solution. I had to leave the Hertz area and book through Thrifty/Dollar in order to obtain a rental car. Additionally, the area where I needed to work with the Hertz Detroit airport representative was in a closed in space, making me less comfortable during COVID.2.0 Poor

Rental specialist Marquis, was polite, professional, overall he was one of the best I have seen in a long time.Cons:
I had a great rental experience, to start my vacation my drive was hassle free. my trip was wonderful, my return of the car was hassle free too. Oh yeah Hertz even provided a Lyft ride to get me home.Priceless
