I was charged another 250 dollars at the counter, not explained to why. Days later told it was a deposit and returned the car on time with the required gas and no damage and still 5 days later haven’t received my deposit return…. Went through kayak then was switched to another company. None of them had worked with budget at all, so I had to pick from the cars that were left. The poor kid behind the counter tried to help as best as he could for the situation he was handed.Reviewed 4 Apr 2026

I reserved a car for last Monday. When I arrived at AGS, there were no cars. I was told that having a reservation does not mean that a car would be available!! The agent told me there would not be any cars until Wednesday. I had to take a taxi to my hotel and find other transportation for the rest of my trip.Reviewed 4 Apr 2026

This is the worst counter for car rental. I waited over 2 hours in a long line of about 25-30 people to finally get my rental car which was supposed to be a mid size SUV and was a cross-over size. The employees working had zero sense of urgency and zero customer service skills. In fact a customer asked what the hold up was and both employees responded rudely and one threatened to walk out and then no one would get their vehicles and called all the customers rude.Reviewed 3 Apr 2026
