I never got to rent because when I unered to pick up the car I was told I needed an extra 250. For a deposit. The app guided me thru and no deposit was ever spoken of. Also... I paid 36 for insurance and it was never refunded even though I never rented. Scam scam!!!!Reviewed 19 Feb 2026

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with renting a car. I had to wait over an hour for the budget employee to find a car for me that I had already reserved. By the time I finally got a car it was not the model I asked for and the car was disgusting and very dirty. Hair all over the seats and it smelled bad. I will never use Budget at the St Louis airport again.Reviewed 19 Feb 2026

I booked a full size SUV which has always been a7 seater. Now apparently it is a6 seater. I had to upgrade and pay an additional 120 in order to fit my family. I was not impressed.Reviewed 18 Feb 2026

At the desk, the attendant did not ask if we wanted to purchase the gas option, he just put it on the bill and told us to sign. It was not clear. He also did not tell us how much it would cost, and did not tell us how much the toll additional fee would cost. I said no to the protection but did not understand when he said the others. As far as the car, he did give us a Jeep which I was very excited about.Reviewed 18 Feb 2026

There was some discrepancy with the voucher - everything should have been covered, and reality ( we were charged a bit extra at the end). Also, there was a push to buy insurance when doing the pre-check-in online, which we weren’t able to opt out of until arrival.Reviewed 18 Feb 2026

Sucked. Didnt have ev i booked and switched me 3 times. Two hours wait to leave airport with an ev. No courtesy amends. Cars were all dirty. Not. charged up. I wasnt only one. Never again.Reviewed 18 Feb 2026
