Whomever is cleaning the windshields of your pick up trucks is doing a dreadful job. Both rentals I had, rented one week apart, different trucks, neither one could you see out of the windshield SAFELY, especially driving into sunlight and also when nighttime driving due to rhe streaks and dirt still on the glassReviewed 24 Nov 2025

They did not have enough staff to clean and prepare vehicle's. I arrived early, but waited in line for an hour before they could help me. Desk staff were pleasant and doing their best, but they had no cars to hand out. They were waiting for a car - any car - to come up on their screens so they could assign it to us. I paid for a luxury passenger car, but ended up in a Chrysler minivan. And this is where it became obvious. When I got upstairs to the rental lot - there were PLENTY of cars. Hundreds. But they had no staff to prepare/clean and turn them over. When I got back the receiving staff were extremely rude. Would not even make eye contact with me. I need receipts for the work I do and politely asked if he would process my return so the receipt could be generated, he just kept saying rudely over and over again "check your email!" But here's the thing - it's been 24 hours now and I still don't have a receipt. Will not rent from them again. Worst rental experience I have ever hadReviewed 22 Nov 2025

Quote I got online was not what I paid, even opting for the additional insurance. There were hidden fees that were not obvious to me. Paid much more than expected. The front seat was stained when we picked it up. Chocolate? I hope that was all it was.Reviewed 20 Nov 2025

I booked a Tesla or similar EV but they were completely out of EVs so I got a worn out beat up Mazda instead. Not even close to a Tesla. Could have at least gotten an upgrade for the inconvenience of not having any EVs but instead I got to downgrade.Reviewed 20 Nov 2025

They could not find our reservation and told us we needed to make a new one. They could not honor the price and we paid 3x more than our original price. They said it's a communication issue between Kayak and the local car rental company Budget/Unidas. It is very frustrating to plan and and face this inconvenient & expensive 'surprises' on the spot. I didn't like that they didn't have the car I rented or any electric. The trip cost me $50 more because I would have been able to charge the electric very inexpensively at my house. I had to have a gas car. It was nice of them giving me a slightly better car but I didn't like that it didn't have windows I could put down if I wanted.Reviewed 18 Nov 2025
