My husband and I took a ride share from our hotel to the f Pick up location which was permanently closed We then paid the driver to take us to the posted alternate location and they had no cars! After asking the employee what was going to happen I suggested we go to the airport so we paid another ride share to drop us off at the terminal return! In line at the airport they made ME call customer service to remedy the issue and get back in a long line to get the vehicle! This was a 3 hour rocess altogether and a costly experience. It was mentioned that because we booked through a 2nd party the reservation could not be changed by Budget making us feel even more dissatisfiedReviewed 13 Nov 2025

The budget counter gave our car (minivan or equivalent) away to a family of 3, when we needed it to hold 7 people. We had to wait over an hour & a half for a car & when one was ready we got. Ford Expedition. It didn’t have enough room to hold our luggage, the oil change light was on, and the front bumper was loose. Do not recommend.Reviewed 13 Nov 2025

They told me that I could return to terminal 3 in Dubai then have me issues. Also charged me a lot of extra money and never gave me a bill or responded to my requests for a bill. I rent all over the world and I’ve never had such a terrible experience.Reviewed 13 Nov 2025

My experience was AWFUL. The line at the counter was extremely long and moved VERY SLOW. Then, after that 40 minute wait, I went outside to get the car and there were 30 people waiting for cars and they told me it would be at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, they said the type of car I reserved was not available (SUV) but I could take a Chevy impala that had a bunch of dents with X’s marking them on it. I took it b/c I didn’t have the time or patience to wait. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Reviewed 11 Nov 2025
