Budget has definitely become more budget over the years. My “upgraded” car was not Apple CarPlay equipped (1st time in years of renting that I’ve seen this). Wasn’t explained to me so of course I didn’t opt for gps feature. Turned into a bit of a mess as I was trying to navigate off my phone. Check in was quick, but not helpful in any meaningful was. Car was rather beat up. Scratches/dents/intetior all showing age. Drop off was supreme. I’ll give them that.Reviewed 25 May 2026

Pre-booked our vehicle weeks ago to move my child home from college. Flew across the country only to find out that they had no vehicle for us. It's a scam. They force you to buy insurance with them even though you have insurance. They come up with different excuses, the law, policy, .. even though it's not mentioned anywhere. I had a ten hr delay thanks to United Airlines. It was a rough day but getting my rental checked out at 10:00 PM was the easiest thing I dealt with all day. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and made the whole thing simple. Thank you! The Jeep was fun to drive :)Reviewed 22 May 2026

We waited for over an hour and a half in line and still hadn't even made it to the counter. People who did make it, had to wait almost an hour for their car to be be available. We ended up taking an Uber to our event. Otherwise we would have missed it. Definitely do not recommend that office.Reviewed 22 May 2026

They did not have a car for me when I got to the airport. My flight was changed to a 10 pm arrival instead of 1200. I called Budget at midway and was assured I’d have a car. None was arrived when I arrived and their was no reassurance I would get one .Reviewed 22 May 2026
