Nice but smaller car, dropoff a messPros:We requested a manual car, and instead got an automatic which is a plus for us. Also, although small, it was a nice new sports MercedesCons:We requested a car for 5 persons, not the basic budget car. although it was a beautiful, new car, and fit the 5 of us crushed, the car provided was small for 5 persons. That type of car should probably be categorized as a 4 person car. When we picked the car, someone just gave us the keys and showed us the way. No explanation whatsoever. Also, it took some time to drop off the car. Noone wanted to receive the car, so my husband and friend had to go around different persons to finally drop it off. We prefer to have the possibility of having paid the car and insurance upfront. they requested payment and then we noticed the small print of this being a reservation only. Being a car rental it would be great to have the car manual in English as well.Reviewed 4 Oct. 2016

It was a horrible experiencePros:The carCons:I had a flat tire, and there was no spare tire. It took them 5 hours to exchange the car on a rainy day with 4 adults and 5 kids. I had to go to the airport to pick up another car and go back to pick up my family with all the luggage from the street. All in all it set us back a lot because we lost time out of that day and it made us cancel our following day plans.Reviewed 31 Jul. 2017
