Well I got my dates mixed up, which had me showing up to pick up my rental a week earlier than I had reserved it for. Lol. My bad! But the professional at the counter was still able to get me a rental anyway. Which was important, as I was there in Dayton without a car and needed to get back home in Columbus. So drop off was different from where I picked up the rental. Personnel at the drop off location was just a friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!Reviewed 9 Sept 2022

Getting a reservation means absolutely nothingPros:Literally nothing good about this, see the bad feedback.Cons:I was called 30 minutes before I was going to go pick up my reservation, to be told there were no cars for me, and he would “try to get us out that day”. And since he was a franchise he had no requirement to help us get a car at another budget: when we called budget corporate, they said if someone comes in physically to get a car they have to give it to them, so YPUR RESERVATION DOESN’T MEAN A THING. I booked this a month in advance. Complete BS.Reviewed 26 Dec 2017

Pros:Car was comfortable and nice to drive.Cons:Dirty Windshield, overall cleanliness of inside of car could have been better. Guy I dealt with was pretty rude when picking up. Rush you in rush you out kind of mentality. Not my style.Reviewed 8 June 2017
