Horrible. The morning of my family trip I took an uber to the location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved months ago. I was told they had no vehicles and I could wait to see if someone brought one back, but nothing was guaranteed. I waited hours and nothing ever happened. I finally had to uber back home. Luckily there are new sites out there where people rent vehicles and I was saved. I still spent $100 in uber fees and hours of my time because how unprofessional budget is.Reviewed 17 June 2025

Cars ALWAYS dirty there. I have rented many cars from this location. The cars are always dirty on the outside and 3 times I have found trash in the inside of the vehicles. Floor mats missing, bad odors.Reviewed 18 Aug 2024

I reserved a minivan for a weekend getaway and they didn't have one available. I was told at the counter that that all vans were reserved for the last 3 weeks because of a big event. With that being said my trip was ruined. Do let people reserve a vehicle if you dont have any available its miss leading and can ruin a vacationReviewed 25 June 2024

The first car to which I was assigned smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to go back to the counter and wait in line behind several other customers to ask to be assigned to another vehicle. The representative, while not very pleasant and certainly not apologetic, did give me another vehicle, which was not very clean. The vehicle (Ford Escape) performed fine and then the drop-off on return was quick and easy.Reviewed 24 May 2024
