The attendant at the counter refused to let me have the vehicle at the price confirmed in my e mail. She alleged that I needed a foreign passport to get that rate , as she insisted that was the T’s&C’s . After a lengthy debate about the issue wherein I showed her that nowhere was such T&c indicated, I had to call for senior management to intervene. I was significantly delayed late at night .Reviewed 22 Apr 2026
