Courteous and quick in and out. Asked for a non smoking 7 seats vehicle and though vehicle was cleaned it had a strong smoke odor. Have a family with allergies but it didn't affect them. Overall good price and newer model - good gas mileage.Reviewed 4 Mar 2024

Car was filthy, inside and out. Rear tire was low on air and various service alerts sounded daily. The car rental company hasn't cleared any of the previous alerts. There have been numerous tire pressure warnings dating back to may 2022.Reviewed 4 Oct 2022

Cons:I most important thing you could have done better is to have an ice/snow scraper in the car. It amazed me that a car rented in Wisconsin would not have one. I had to brush/ scrape 2 inches of snow and ice using my hands and a credit card. Ridiculous! The outside of the car was filthy with dirt.Reviewed 19 Mar 2021
