Althoguh at the time of pick up they told me to bring back the key to the station, when I did that at the drop off time at 7 i nthe morning the staff told me that I have to go back to the parking and drop the key in the keybox. I went to return my car and they only take payment by a credit card. I came back to pay cash and they told me no we dong accept cash, so I went to pay debit and they told we dont take debit. You can only pay by a credit card. Im like I dont want to pay with that card. It does not say anywhere in the agreement that I have to pay with a credit card. Also when I was picking up the card there was a guy there that was so frustrated with them and spoke out that he will not be renting from them again. It's a big ask, but Budget might want to consider putting snow tires on their vehicles during the winter months. I absolutely loved the Mini Countryman I got for my rental, but had more than a few white-knuckle moments during a pretty moderate snowfall because the sporty tires were absolutely useless off of dry asphalt. I think the cost of winter tires would be hugely offset by the avoidance of some winter-related accidents.Reviewed 3 Dec 2024

I was greeted with a smile. The check in took only a few minutes. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. The agent made excellent notes of a few minor body damage.
