Pros:The staff at pick-up was super friendly.Cons:The interior of the car could have been cleaner. The drop-off experience could have been WAY better. Car was great experience poorPros:The vehicleCons:I got there and they didn’t have the Jeep Wrangler initially and tried to talk me into another car. Ended up getting me the correct vehicle after a bunch of wasted time. Upon return they couldn’t find the vehicle or my reservation in the system. It took a ridiculous amount of time to find it and they claimed i was assigned the wrong vehicle. I had to pull up all my emails because they couldn’t find the car in the system after repeatedly asking if I was sure I was returning it to the right place. At the end they were able to make something work so I could get to my plane on time. They did apologize for the inconvenience but it was frustrating overall.Reviewed 28 Nov 2018

Customer serviceCons:Upon arrival there was a long line of customers with only 1 person at the desk. I imagine this was a peak time, there should have been another employee.it took almost 20 mins just for me to get to the front of the line. Just after paying for the rental, while sitting in the car the agent approached me about insurance. I assured him I spoke with another representative that said I did not need the insurance as my personal insurance would suffice. He tried to strong arm me into getting coverage until I called my insurance company to confirm, the call took almost 40 mins just to confirm in 1 minute what I had been telling the representative. When trying to return the vehicle I called the location multiple times to speak with a representative about the process and no one answered after almost 30 mins of calling. When I arrived I realized that again, only 1 employee was at the desk. I suggest having more than one person at a time as well as training your staff on customer service. I felt as though the representative was pushing too hard for me to get the coverage although I explained to him I was covered by my own insurance. I understand he was doing his job, but he could have done so with a bit more tact.Reviewed 18 June 2018

Central 1-800 numberCons:Called 1-800 twice recieving different quotations and limits on the Kayak option. Nearly didn't rent based on that experience but our local St Catharines location provided some clarification and all was quick and effective at Ottawa location except initial charge was $5 higher than stipulated on reservation.Reviewed 31 May 2018

Enterprise Rental Ottawa, CAPros:Was offered a new SUV for same price as intermediate vehicle that was quoted.Cons:Final pricing was much higher than the original quote. Quote as $160.04CDN. Price on drop off was: 1 day rental $174.98 Premium rental location $52.33 2 hours late fee $70.00 (after complaining about this charge the agent reduced it to $35.00) Final charge $394.11 Charges for premium location were never mentioned, and 1 day rental was $15.00 more than quote. I expected to pay the HST tax of 13%, but not the extra. Therefore I paid approximately $95.00 more than I was expecting.Reviewed 28 Aug 2017

Everything was perfect.Pros:Very courteous staff at the Enterprise office. I had next to no wait, and they processed my rental request promptly. I was given a business card of a person in that office, if while I was renting the car I had any questions or concerns. I thought that was very helpful. How many times are we left having to work through a customer service rep from a 1-800 line that really doesn't know the area one rents from. I was very happy.Reviewed 5 July 2017
