Pros:I had a small economy car rented for a one way from Prescott AZ to PHX. When I got there they told me that I could have a free upgrade because they needed a sports car back to PHX, We rented a Ford convertible Mustang for $55. It was so fun riding around for the day in Phoenix with the top down!!!Cons:Not a thing!!!Reviewed 6 Jan 2020

Pros:Great mpg! Really awesome!Cons:No instructions for radio, no autoheadlight, and kinda gutless but that what you trade for great mpg. I drive an 03 Sequoia and have rented 3 cars in the past 2 months and all have auto headlights. The rogue has daytime running lights and a lit dashboard. I drove 2 hours in the dark before someone told me I did not have any tail lights. It was also a base pretty much a base model with no gps but I can't fault the rental agency for that, it was $51 a day. I did not like the choices they had on hand, I had requested a Rav4, so I switched to something they did have that I thought would be acceptable. It was more then acceptable, not as good as I am used to but a great deal at the price.Reviewed 22 Sept 2017

Great servicePros:The woman who helped us with paperwork was very nice.Cons:The person who rented our reserved vehicle before us turned it in late. There was not a spare van to give us. So, we had to come back. I'm sure the person who came back 2 hours late paid a penalty. We were not given a credit. I wonder why.Reviewed 2 July 2017

Prescott budget was super friendly and professional car had prPros:The gentleman at the budget rental car place in Phoenix was very nice.Cons:They keyless fob didnt work correctly and the car doors locked automatically with the fob inside. A guy had to come out and break into the car sucking up 3 hours and now they want to charge us $60 for the cost of the towing company needing to be called. The transmission was dying in the car.Reviewed 3 May 2017
