Pros: Breakfast was good. The maid was assigned to clean my room was nice and helpful. Anything I requested she would get me quickly and even though couldn’t speak English but was helpful and smiley.
Cons: Staff including the manager so unprofessional, I had to request an iron four times and they kept ignoring my request till I request to talk to manager and he was very unprofessional and rude person. Hotel was in very noisy area and I could hear street noises and cars horning 24 hours. Requested to change room they said will let me know and they never did. I couldn’t sleep nor get rest. Pros: Staff spoke English very well, location was safe, internet was ok
Cons: Towel and toilet paper was not in the room upon check-in. Once I asked it was provided. The window in the bathroom was removed and replaced with a flexible piece of fiberglass wedged into place with strips of rubber molding. For some reason (I think maybe pressure changes in the room and outdoors) the rubber molding came loose and I noticed the fiberglass nearly ready to fall out of the window to the street seven floors below. For safety the staff and I removed the piece (approx 1 meter x 1 meter) to make sure it wouldn't fall to the street below. The room remained this way for the remainder of my stay.
