Pros:
Picking up at the airport was really difficult of you are not familiar with the process. I called for instructions on where to go and got nowhere with the call center. The call was then dropped. The local folks on the other hand were great - friendly, professional and helpful.6.0 Okay

I was checked in quickly and efficiently. I had hoped to stay in the car while waiting for my Louisville ride home. She was very apologetic and kind as she explained why I couldn't wait in the car. (it was very cold outside and I was wearing summer clothes).Budget
