Everything! Not one thing was pleasant about my experience this time around. So bad, in fact, that I’ll never use them again and will discourage others from it either. They just lost a long time customer and the money that came along with that. I’ll go anywhere else but here again. They took my money but wouldn’t honor my reservation until r help me in any way. Let me stranded at airport after paying $50 Uber to get there. They were rude and didn’t even try yo be helpful, sympathetic to my situation or in (;ár ny way p8.0 Very Good

The enterprise that the rental was booked through, did not have the reservation and then proceeded to try and put us in a smaller vehicle for more money. Told us they didn’t have have a similar vehicle to what was reserved and good luck finding one. Will never use them or Kayak again.8.4 Very Good

The insurance was a little confusing. The coverage I bought from the site was through a third party company. Hertz didn't show I had purchased insurance. In the future I would just buy from hertz.Budget
