I got a cancellation notice the day before. I called them to see if I could get a different truck, and the call center rep said it was confirmed to pick up and not canceled. When I showed up, they said it was in fact canceled and I couldn’t get the truck. Nearly derailed vacation plans.

When I picked up it had 1/4 of gas in it. I dropped it off with the same amount and they charged me extra. I haven’t had time to call them about it but I’m furious.

They informed us less than 24 hours before pickup that they didn’t have a car for us. They let us know right before closing time on Saturday. Budget couldn’t help us and neither could kayak. We will never rent with Budget or Kayak again.

They had 5 cars for 20 people. They had no car to give me and suggested I either sit, wait and hope one comes back, or go to the airport and later found out I needed to pay $200 in deposits. They ALSO didn’t have the vehicle.

Pickup time was Sunday at 12 noon. Arrived 12:02. Guy said we closed at 12 and wouldn’t give me rental. Customer service sent me to another location guaranteeing vehicle. Drove to this location to find no rental to meet 7 passengers. Drive to inconvenient third Budget location and had to pay more. Needless to say, extremely late to destination because lazy worker at first location would not give me the keys. He was very rude as well. Pathetic customer service. I will never rent from Budget/Avis again.

Nothing. The customer service was horrible they called me to confirm I showed up to pick up the rental they didn’t have it then they said they were going to bring me a car within the hour didn’t happen. Then they called me six hours later

Instructions on blue tooth set up we were unable to hook up, which was frustrating, would have been nice to pair our phone and view driving directions on large screen

Nothing- enterprise was a nightmare. I had to end up canceling and going to Hertz next day and they were amazing

They did not have the car in stock that I reserved so they sent me to another location the second location also did not have the car in stock but the person offered to give me a pick up truck for an additional 150 more.
