Pros:
The car that I was upgrade for was better. It was comfort, spacious and smooth. Also the gas mileage really help especially long drives to Las Vegas. We made it straight to Vegas without putting any gas.Cons:
I wasn't pleased with the car pickup. The car that I requested wasn't available. I waited for 15 mins until they finally give me an upgrade. I requested a midsize car instead they gave me mini suv for the same price.10.0 Wonderful

I explained to the HotWire agent that I needed a vehicle that provided me with seating for 6. She set up the reservation and assured me everything was ready to go. Upon arrival at the rental agency they did not honor the price, but instead charged me an additional $60.Hertz
