Pros:The drop off was easyCons:The lady at counter kept harassing me to get an upgrade. I had already paid for what I wanted and I needed to get to my event on time. Pros:I always rent thru Dollar Rental when I go on trips because never once have I had unexpected charges or issues. Every time I get a great deal and it costs exactly what they said it would cost. I can't even tell you how much it is appreciated!Cons:There was an after hours key drop that was a little confusing because there was a sign that said charges continue to accrue until the rental place opens again. Fortunately that did not happen and I was charged only for the amount of the rental after dropping the keys off on time.Reviewed 15 Jul. 2020

Cons:A hand written sign at the Dollar counter directed us to the Hertz window. I never would've booked had I known I'd have ended up with a Hertz rental. Off all the rental counters in the car rental area, of course Hertz was the longest and slowest. Vehicle had the highest mileage of any vehicle I've ever rented (+30k) and smelled of smoke. I didnt want to waste more time from my vacation to go back and complain so we got stuck with an old, smelly vehicle.Reviewed 28 Feb. 2021

Pros:The whole process is convoluted. What we see online has nothing to do with actually renting a car. I basically got a "reservation" to be able to rent whatever car I wanted at whatever price Dollar/Hertz decided they wanted to offer at the counter.Cons:EverythingReviewed 2 Mar. 2021

Cons:I am not satisfied with the contract of rental, I book the rental price online is only $502.00 but when I came to Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix to pick up the car, the price is going up double even I want to downgrade the car but the agent still says that the fee of rental is the same. The dishonest consent of rental car online and the agent is not matched, I think this needs to be correct.Reviewed 14 Oct. 2020
