Cons:Car smelled like a dog or something... also give me a car and when I started driving something on the undercarriage came loose and just was dragging while I had the car! I called and reported it to them. Was told it would be noted so I’m not charged and they didn’t note it. Once I returned the car they tried to keep my deposit because of there mistake!Reviewed 1 Nov 2018

Pros:The staff was friendly and explained the logistics of returning the vehicle to prevent any misunderstanding since this was not a 24 hour airport facility.Cons:The vehicle was fine, although it is starting to show its age a bit.Reviewed 21 Aug 2018

Pros:nothingCons:location was 9 miles and actually it was 20 miles. The car had hail damage, it took 50 min to get my car once at the location. The manger said - nothing I can do about that while he was pleasant to the next custome who caxl her reservationReviewed 19 Sept 2016

Good value for the pricePros:The price compared to other rental car places was reasonable but you get slightly, older more used vehicles.Cons:The rental location could be a bit nicer. The building was just a cramped shack. They seemed a bit disorganized as well. The first vehicle they tried to give me was still dirty from the last rental so they had to switch me which took extra time.Reviewed 30 July 2016

Very pleasantPros:The people there were very nice. They suggested places to take my friends and everything. The car was also nice, it had a few dents but was very clean. I have a bad car at home so this was an upgrade in my opinion. I'm underage and the fees were not outstanding at all. No limit on mileage so that was also a plus. Overall I would rent from them again.Cons:The car I got was nice but a lot of functions in it was a bit confusing.Reviewed 2 Apr 2016

Pros:The man who checked me in to get my rental was polite.Cons:I had a reservation to pick up at noon and drop off at 5 pm. I was told that I had to drop off no later than noon or I would be charged extra. When I called back in to confirm this the woman who answered the phone told me I picked up at noon and needed to drop off at noon. When I explained what my reservation was for she said it didn't matter. I then asked what the point of having s reservation is for when they won't honor it and her response was that a reservation means nothing. Very disappointed with this experience and will not rent from this Dollar Rebt A Car location on Collins in Arlington, TX ever again.Reviewed 9 Mar 2016
