Unexpected charges all the wayCons:Dollar car rental turned out is a subdivision of Hertz. There were many unexpected charges and we are still not refunded our fuel deposit which is rather annoying. The pick up/drop off location is really far away from the actual branch. There is a bus taking you there but the wait and the cold on that day were things I would not like to go back to ever again. Contacting and customer service relations seem to be a mission impossible. When asked about the deposits, I was sent an invoice with completely different information than the one I had on initial receipt. Very disappointed, will try to avoid them for future.Reviewed 27 Nov. 2016
