Staff seemed upset I was disturbing them when I picked up the car. I was the only person there for 15 minutes and still took over 30 minutes to get my vehicle. The interior was dirty and this 4 door jeep didn't have power locks. I spent the entire week having to unlock the doors manually. I drove about 10 miles down a gravel road while it was wet. When I returned the vehicle I was told it would be $250 to clean the exterior. I would never rent from Dollar again.Reviewed 5 Mar 2026

Car was supposed to be ready for me when I got to the lot. I had to go to the counter. Rep informed me I could not use AAA and I had to buy roadside assistance at a significant uncharge. Return there was no service until a parking lot guy told me to just leave it after 15 minutes of waiting and told me they'd send a bill. It wasn't really great.Reviewed 28 Feb 2026

Took the reservation without telling us they had no cars available, and was told I had to wait at least 2-4 hours until they might get something in. Walked over to enterprise and got great service with a free upgrade right then and there.Reviewed 27 Feb 2026

Completely disappointing. When I arrived at the Dollar pick up spot, there was a long line Z. People said they had been waiting for more than an hour, and still only halfway through. I walked over to Budget. There was no one in line. Rented a car in minutes and was on my way, for $80 more. Good riddance to Dollar.Reviewed 24 Feb 2026
