Pros:
I wasn’t even able to rent the car. I reserved it online with an Apple credit card. When I was dropped off at the airport to pick up the car with the SAME CC I used to reserve it I was told I couldn’t rent it because they don’t take that CC. I had no ride home, no other CC’s. I was forced to use a different rental company that was more than twice the price. And the guy was a jerk about it to boot.Cons:
Update your systems to take CC that online allows. It was a terrible inconvenience and put me in a financial bind considering I have to pay almost $400 more for a rental. I’m beyond disappointed.10.0 Wonderful

After our excellent experience at this rental agency, we will continue to book here whenever we fly in to Ontario airport. In addition to providing efficient and professional customer service, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The car was clean and well-maintained. Rental cost was considerably cheaper than the on Airport location. I will definitely recommend the staff to my family and friends. Very pleased with the complimentary drop-off service back to the airport after returning the car.Cons:
I booked at this agency thinking it was on Airport. However, It’s only 2 miles away and once we got there, the level of customer service and friendliness of the staff was totally worth the minor inconvenience. One customer arrived after us and said that it was a $15 cab ride including tip from the airport.4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
I did not like it at all. It was a fiasco. The staff seemed to be helpful, but then again they were not. I rented a car at the Ontario airport, or so I thought, because that was the location I put in my search, and that is the location that came up. It turned out that the actual rental lot was some 2+ miles from the airport rental location, with NO shuttle bus service. The lady at Ontario was able to assign me a car out of the airport lot, but told me that she could not modify the return location. I would have to return the car to the Jurupa location, or I pay another $70 something dollars. Once I dropped the car at the Jurupa lot, I would then have to hire a taxi or another cab to get to the airport itself, since there is no public transportation or shuttle between the two places--so why did I not just pay for the $70 difference? the lady told me at the counter. After I picked up a car at the airport, I drove to the Jurupa street lot, talked to the other staff person there, he typed something in the computer and said that he had modified my reservation: I could return the car to the airport lot, and told me that my fee was waived. But that was not so. When I returned the car to the airport lot today, there was no trace of the change of reservation and no waiving of the fees.Cons:
The first car I was assigned had only half the plate--the other half was broken off--and the front seat was stuck in the most forward position, so the passenger's legs would not fit. The second car--an intermediate--was just passable, had 50,000 miles on it, and no floormats.2.0 Poor

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pick up time took awhile and they did not have the vehicle I booked, but was able to work with me and gave me a good deal with something similar or yet better. Drop off was easy and quick.Cons:
The vehicle wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (saw few stains on leather seats, dirty foot prints on back seats, and the drivers seat belt had a strong perfume smell. So I had to clean and sanitize myself esp during this pandemic I wanted to make sure everything was wiped down good before my road trip. It seemed like the car was just used before pickup so it looked like they did a quick wipe down of the car before I took it. In the end, I’d say the cleaning part could have been better.9.6 Wonderful

Enterprise told me on the phone that there would be a shuttle to take me from the airport to the car. The car was at an off airport location, a $20.00 taxi ride. This is the second time this has happened to me with Enterprise. I will never do business with them again.5.6 Fair

Was renting from Ontario expecting it to be the Ontario airport. Instead, it was in a off airport location in which I had to take a taxi over and rush there before it closed. Would be helpful to have more of a warning when renting that this is off location. Would be ideal if I could have called for a pick up from enterprise.Ace

They can die better if they really explain from the beginning what there rules apply to their company and we as costumers we been to pay , I have my rental and when I when there to pick up my car they tell me if I am going out of state I have to pay $45 dollars more I have no problem to pay what the companies ask to pay for a rental my problem is when you make you reservation there is no explanation the extra fees for certain thing I been rental cars since 25 years ago o more and it’s the first time one of this companies trying to get more money from my rental please due some thing whit this company Thank you so much for you business Sal encino2.0 Poor

I wasn’t charged, luckily, when they did not provide the service. This was helpful because I was actually worried they would still try to charge me but the customer service person was nice and helpful.Cons:
I was not informed that at ONT you do not go to the “Rental Car” area for ACE. You have to call a number to get picked up. It took me 30 min to get to the rental car area, wasted time. And after finding out I could not get through to customer service at all—was only re-routed through automated voice prompts. Finally I had to give up and rent a different car. Seems like an email after booking would have cleared up 100% of this. Again, I am thankful they were very pleasant on the phone the next day and did not charge me.Rent-4-Less
