Pros:Nice carCons:Terrible pickup and drop off. Had to cab to offsite location for $25. Had to return car to airport after arriving back at offsite location and was charged another $10.70 in airport fees. Tried to call offsite location but phone was not working. Pros:After our excellent experience at this rental agency, we will continue to book here whenever we fly in to Ontario airport. In addition to providing efficient and professional customer service, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The car was clean and well-maintained. Rental cost was considerably cheaper than the on Airport location. I will definitely recommend the staff to my family and friends. Very pleased with the complimentary drop-off service back to the airport after returning the car.Cons:I booked at this agency thinking it was on Airport. However, It’s only 2 miles away and once we got there, the level of customer service and friendliness of the staff was totally worth the minor inconvenience. One customer arrived after us and said that it was a $15 cab ride including tip from the airport.Reviewed 15 May 2021
