Pros:The process was very quick and easy!Cons:Someone had smoked in it previously and I was not made aware. There were attempts to cover it up, but it still just smelled like cigarettes and air freshener. It was pretty bad.Reviewed 29 Dec 2019

Policies and rules are really rigid!Pros:NothingCons:That my child was stranded and she tried everything to rent a car and the rules wouldn’t allow her to use her debit card or her prepaid Amex card and they wouldn’t accept my credit card over the phone. My daughter had an accident and totalled her car and was trying to get home! I ended up driving 3 hours to Corpus to get herReviewed 9 Sept 2018

Travelled with baby for a week in this rentalPros:Infant car seat available for rent Easily changed my reservation drop-off location at no charge Courteous staff at pick-up waited for me as I struggled to get my luggage mid-check-in Economy-size vehicle had adequate trunk space for what I neededCons:Had to install infant car seat by myself because Enterprise considers it a liability issue- I had a lot of trouble, no help and a crying baby as I struggled to install it on my own after they said they would try and help me as best they could.
