Pros:The car pick up was at the airport and I did not need to use a shuttle, there was not much of a line so it was quickCons:The guy giving me the keys was rather high pressured with wanting me to take his insurance which I declined because my personal insurance and even my visa covers me, he asked to see my insurance card and quized me on who my insurance was through, which was odd. He also tried to sell the gas return option rather enthusiastically, felt like there was a commission on extras. Car smelled awful, like old cigarettes and body odor. Back seats dirty. It was a very dated SUV that drove rough. Wiper blade on driver side needed replaced badly. And all this for a high price.Reviewed 3 Nov 2019

Pros:Staff was excellent on both ends. Drop off could not have been better.Cons:We were upgraded from a mid-size sedan to an SUV with several brands and styles to choose from. Staff could have been a little more helpful by providing the passenger capacity for each instead of just naming them.Reviewed 30 Apr 2019

Pros:Very easy, fast, & hassle-free drop off. Staff members friendly and fast. We were able to get on an immediate shuttle to the airport terminal - no wait time.Cons:Slight price increase to drop off in different location. But this is standard I know.
