Liked nothing! The rental didn't exist! Enterprise had not been at the very remote location I was sent to in years. Furthermore, when I was able to contact the local Enterprise office, they had no knowledge of the rental, AND had not had any cars for a couple of weeks due to them being used for insurance purposes following a hail storm. This booking was completely a figment of some AI's imagination/insanity.Reviewed 16 May 2026

My reserved car was not available at the airport. I was sent to a satellite office that was closed for business in October. I had to go to a second satellite office. My R car only had a quarter of a tank of gas. I ended up paying close to $45 for taxi cab rides. Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. I think they should reimburse me for both the car and all of the taxi expenses.Reviewed 12 May 2026
