The car they gave me was tucked back in behind a truck and between two other cars at the back of the lot. They hadn’t pulled it out for me, so I had to squeeze around and through the other vehicles to do the inspection. I thought that was strange, but other than that it was fine.Reviewed 19 Mar 2026

Pickup in Waco was great! However drop off at DFW didn’t go well as 4 days later I’m still being charged $100 daily since the workers there didn’t close out the rental. This 1-day rental has been over $700 in credit card charges so far lol. Hopefully they can figure it out soon.Reviewed 15 Mar 2026
