Winter Garden staff was great especially Mr. Jamauri... But, I'd like to inform: I was contesting the TollPass Convenience Fee because there was no transponder(toll pass device) displayed on the windshield of the vehicle. The staff was very kind and helpful for both pick up and drop off. The car was comfortable, clean and new. However the waiting time at the pick up was very long, my friends who landed 20 mins later came and pick up within couple of minutes in another car rental counter. The lady in the counter was very nice and helpful, however the customer had so many questions, requests and we had to wait him for more than 20-25 mins and the line behind me kept getting longer. If there were 2 staff in the counter at that time things could have been a lot easier and quick for the ones waiting in the line.Reviewed 2 May 2024
