Our experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was excellent. The staff at the Glasgow pick up were efficient, kind, and realistic. They made it a very positive experience and put our minds at ease. Horrible Customer service at pickup. Tried to put me in car two classes below ordered without saying anything. Assistant manager took certain glee in this. Not offering any other of the limited options. Wouldn’t have minded paying the delta and ultimately did so only to be placed in car with smell that permeated all clothing. Staff at Oshawa Bloor Enterprise was professional and helpful. They put our needs first and gave us a fuel efficient and comfortable vehicle.
