I choose full size SUV, but Enterprise was giving me mid size SUV and they said they don't have any car available for next 2 weeks. It was terrible experience with Kayak for rent a car.Reviewed 17 Aug 2026

I made a reservation for a passenger van. This was clearly confirmed by Kayak. When I arrived, they only had a cargo van. The first person I spoke to was helpful, and said they could convert my reservation to a suitable car for a small additional payment. Although this was not what I ordered, it was an acceptable compromise in the circumstances. When he took the matter to his supervisor, the supervisor was rude and dismissive, and said "Sir, your cargo van is over here. Let's go". Therefore, do not go anywhere near Enterprise rent-a-car in Zaragoza.Reviewed 16 Aug 2026

I got charged almost $90 extra dollars and when I asked for help I was told “idk it’s above my pay grade”….i have 4 kids..I can’t play about my money. Everywhere was perfect at return and I pumped gas before returning it as well. It was clean. I’m not sure why they couldn’t help.Reviewed 12 Aug 2026
