I scheduled a rent car through your website and that worked smoothly. Picking up the rent car from Enterprise in Allen went smoothly. What I'm confused about is that I was shown a daily rate on your website and I got the rental scheduled but I appear to be paying a higher rate than I was shown on your website. The reason I went through your site was the less expensive rates. When I picked up the rental, I was charged an amount but that had a deposit on there as well so it didn't even occur to me until I extended my rental for an additional day and the daily rate the tech at Enterprise quoted me was about $25 per day higher than it should've been...Reviewed 14 Feb 2026
