The price was great, but the vehicle was not good (get what you pay for). The Mirage is bottom of the barrel IMO. Inside of windshield was filthy, making it difficult to see when the sun hit it. The vehicle wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait around for 45 minutes. And the vehicle wouldn’t take fuel into the tank except at a trickle. And I think they knew this and that’s why it took 45 mins for them to fill the tank.Reviewed 23 Sept 2026

I liked that I got a quick reservation very easy due to the advertisement that said it could get me a last minute reserved car. However after the reservation was made for the Lincolnton branch, they did not have any more cars available which has happened before. I wish there was a way that the system could verified of the actual vehical inventory availibility before allowing you to make your reservation. Kayak owes me $112 for car rental insurance on the vehicle that did not get reserved with Enterprise. Kayak holds a car rental third party but Enterpruse stated they do not recognize Kayak- therefore my money was taken. I had to get another reservation after "losing" a reservation that was not legitimate per Enterprise causing me to almost miss my trip, and my sons graduation. It took almost an hour to get the car because there was only one customer service rep for a long period of time. After almost an hour waiting 2 additional reps came out. When picking up the car they didn't have our premium style car but upgraded is to a mid size Genesis SUV.Reviewed 20 Sept 2026
