My experience with enterprise was great. The only issue was was that the price that was quoted by KAYAK was not the price that I was charged with enterprise. It was a $38 difference higher. This should be something that you guys look at so that it does not happen because that is not right for the consumer.Reviewed 1 July 2026

Took a while to get served on pickup, had to check the car in the rain, had to wheel my luggage about 100m in the rain. Man who served me was pleasant, diligent and efficient. Drop off was hard as there wasn’t a lot of parking near the place, petrol station to fill up was a fair way away and didn’t have any unleaded, bit of a queue at the office, so I left my keys with the man and he sorted it out later. Ordered car online for 27 till 12 of july Che kwd confirmation and it was 300.00 for 1 day and they had me returning on the 28 of june Didnt notice till i teied to 3ebook then the cars were 1200.00 orn84.00 a day Totally crazy While in equador it also cost 12 to 1400 for cars for 2 weeks I will be finding a different car rental not associated with any that are associatedReviewed 30 June 2026
