Do they have phone service?Pros:The car was great and in good condition, just as anticipated.Cons:I could not get ahold of the location in which I was renting. I called and left messages and no one ever returned my calls. Pulled over by police due to validation sticker being on front of thePros:Not much...Cons:The car wasn’t very clean, interior had a fine musk of wet dog. Validation sticker was on the front licence plate, living in the province of Ontario, not having a validation sticker located on the rear plate is $110 dollar fine. Luckily the officer was pleasant. We got off with a warning, but the situation could of turned very bad, and considering that enterprise makes you sign a waiver stating that “all tickets are the responsibility of the driver” technically I would be responsible for the ticket. I doubt I’ll be using kayak or enterprise again. I’m sure any other car rental company complies with high way traffic act. I also think kayak should be a little bit more cautions and make sure their rental providers conform to all local laws.Reviewed 22 Dec 2017
