The car was too big. I asked for a smaller one but didn’t get it. The car stalled twice during my two day rental. On drop off, I asked for a courtesy ride home…literally a 9 min drive and they said they couldn’t. The Europcar operates out of Routes. I won’t use them again.Reviewed 18 Oct 2024

The agent was awful. He was argumentative and questioned everything I said. At one point, he said Europcar would sue me! When discussing tolls, he bullied me regarding the pass. Horrible experience.Reviewed 16 Oct 2024
