We pick up the car 1 hour early and I ask the guy at the counter is it ok if we take it now. He said yes, and then charged me an extra full day with telling me it would cost another full days rate to take it early. So be careful when doing business with Avis in Fairbanks! They are not very honest so use caution and pay attention to the fine prints.

Said they Didn’t have a truck for me when I got to the counter even though I had booked it a week before. made other arrangements went back to cancel my booking and the girl who told me there was no trucks was holding 3 sets of truck keys as told to her by the other agent next to her and then she tried to lie about it to me. Worst experience ever. Fairbanks agent is a liar and tried to get her other agents to lie with her.
